RETURN POLICY
While Vanity Couture appreciates your purchase, we also understand that sometimes things don't fit the way we expected, or that we might have ordered the wrong size. We will happily accept unworn items in exchange for new product and would love the opportunity to help you find something that fits you perfectly.
In the case that we cant find you a replacement item we will happily issue you a refund, not including the original shipping costs. Items sent back will be shipped at the purchasers expense.
In the rare occasion that an item is received damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
Please not that due to the nature of Covid-19 all Glam Masks are final sale*
Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs.
Refund and exchanges will only be accepted by the following conditions;
All exchanges and returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hang tags attached and hygienic sticker (swimwear/bodysuits only) in tact.)
We will not accept exchanges or returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the previously listed criteria.
Underwear must be worn when first trying on your new purchase.
Shipping fees are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
For international returns, any costs associated with return shipping and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All discounted purchases are always FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
