First off, we would love to say thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes things don't fit the way we expected, or we may have ordered the wrong size.

Vanity Couture will happily accept unworn items for return or exchanged. To avoid extra shipping charges when proceeding with an exchange we highly suggest you follow the measurements listed in our size guide. If you find that you still need help, please do not hesitate to send an email to, or you can start a chat through the pink bubble in the bottom right corner of the page and we would be happy to assist.

In the case that we can't find you a replacement or the item you would like is sold out, we will happily issue you a refund (not including both the original and return shipping cost.) To get your return started and receive a shipping label email

In the rare occasion that an item is received damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, upon return we will issue a full refund (including the cost of shipping.)

Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type.

Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted by the following conditions;

All exchanges and returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hang tags attached and hygienic sticker (swimwear/bodysuits only) in tact.)

We will not accept any exchanges or returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the previous criteria. Items returned with signs of wear will be reshipped back to you at your expense. Always wear underwear when trying on your purchase.

For international returns, we can also send you a return label at a discounted price. 

 All discounted/sale items purchased are always FINAL SALE.



Vanity Couture fulfilment processes orders within a very short window. We ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your purchase promptly.  Although we will try our very best, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order is shipped.
Please double check and ensure the items selected and shipping information are correct before purchasing. If the address is incorrect it will delay your shipping time, as we will have to get in contact to confirm details.
