RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges must be initiated (requested in the return portal) within 7 days of receiving the purchase. All exchanges and returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, dirt or make-up stains with hang tags and hygienic stickers (swimwear/bodysuits only) in tact.

We will not accept any exchanges or returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the previous criteria. Items returned with signs of wear will be reshipped back to you at your expense.

Always wear underwear when trying on your purchase. When a return is received and approved you will be refunded the full amount of the purchase (not including initial shipping costs.)

Once an exchange is confirmed with the return tracking, we will ship your replacement item.

In the rare occasion that an item is received damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, upon return we will issue a full refund (including the cost of shipping.) All garment defects must be reported within 7 days, along with photos of said defect to be considered for a return.

Shipping fees are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.

For international returns, any costs associated with return shipping and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

 All discounted purchases are always FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Vanity Couture processes orders within a very short window. We ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your purchase promptly. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order is shipped, although we will try our very best. Please ensure the items selected and double check that the shipping information is correct before purchasing. If the purchase is shipped to the wrong address and cannot be retrieved it will be the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All American and Canadian orders will be duty free. Vanity Couture is not responsible for any duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments. Charges will vary according to country, please contact your local customs office to inquire what taxes may be incurred on your shipment.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Vanity Couture generally processes all items within 1-2 business days.
