We hope you are delighted with your purchase and thank you for shopping with us. In the case that you ordered the wrong size or are unhappy with the fit? We will gladly issue a store credit and help you find a garment that will fit your needs perfectly!
If you would like to process a full return and refund, we require that the items be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn/unsoiled. All returns must be received in house within 21 days of receiving your shipment.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, including your full name, order number and postal code to get started. Return forms must be filled out and the return approved before being sent.
Vanity Couture will happily accept items in the wrong size/fit for exchange of new product.
In the case that we cant ind you a replacement item we will happily issue you a refund not including the original shipping costs. Items sent back will be shipped at the purchasers expense.
Refund and exchanges will only be accepted by the following;
All exchanges and returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hang tags attached and hygienic sticker (swimwear/bodysuits only) in tact.)
We will not accept exchanges or returns that show signs of wear or does not meet the previously listed criteria.
Underwear must be worn when first trying on your new purchase.
Shipping fees are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
For international returns, any costs associated with return shipping and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All discounted purchases are always FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
