We ship from several fulfilment centres so your order reaches you as quickly as possible. US and Canadian orders are duty free. For all other international orders, duties, customs and taxes are calculated by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
How long do deliveries take?- USA: 2 to 6 business days, with 2 day and overnight options available
- Canada: 2 to 6 business days, with express and overnight options available
- UK and international: 6 to 12 business days standard, or up to 3 business days express. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for customs processing.

What size should I order?
To accommodate all of our global customers we have created an international size guide. If you are still unsure about what size to order and would like some assistance, please email hello@vanitycouture.com or start a chat in the bottom right corner to speak with one our associates. They will be happy help you find your perfect fit!
What is your return policy?
Full-price items can be returned for a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of delivery, or for store credit (valid for 12 months) from day 15 to day 28. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached, and swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygiene liner intact. Sale, clearance and sample sale items, items purchased with a discount code of 15% or more, and gift cards are final sale. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email returns@vanitycouture.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. As we ship from several fulfilment centres, we will reply with a return number and the correct return address for your order. Returns sent without a return number cannot be accepted.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?
We understand that sometimes finding your perfect fit doesn't happen the first time. Exchanges for a different size or colour can be requested within 28 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with hygiene liners and tags attached. The customer covers return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement. If you need help choosing a new size, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@vanitycouture.com.
What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Email returns@vanitycouture.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Send an email to hello@vanitycouture.com and with the style name, color and size that you wish to purchase. We will be happy to inform you if the item will be replenished or discontinued.
What is a preorder?
A preorder is when you purchase the item with the knowledge that your item will be shipped at a later date ( shipping date is stated where you select preorder.) Preordering is the best solution to ensure you will have first selection of items that are in very high demand.
Can I order different sized top and bottoms for bikinis?
Absolutely! You've asked, and we've answered. Bikini tops and bottoms are now sold as separates so you are free to not only mix and match styles and colours, but also sizes. Feel completely empowered to get creative and come up with your own new looks.
