Refund policy

We want you to love every Vanity Couture piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

REFUNDS
Full-price items can be returned for a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of delivery.

STORE CREDIT
From day 15 to day 28 after delivery, full-price items can be returned for store credit, valid for 12 months.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges for a different size or colour can be requested within 28 days of delivery, subject to availability. The customer covers return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement.

CONDITION
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, free of makeup, deodorant, perfume and marks, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygiene liner intact. Please try pieces on over underwear. In line with health regulations, items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

FINAL SALE
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, clearance and sample sale items
  • Items purchased with a discount code of 15% or more
  • Gift cards

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email returns@vanitycouture.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. As we ship from several fulfilment centres, we will reply with a return number and the correct return address for your order. Returns sent without a return number cannot be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email returns@vanitycouture.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

PROCESSING
Refunds and store credit are issued within 5 to 10 business days of your return arriving and passing inspection. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed.
