CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All American and Canadian orders will be duty free. Vanity Couture is not responsible for any duties, customs and taxes incurred on international shipments. Charges will vary according to country, please contact your local customs office to inquire what taxes may be incurred on your shipment.

Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. Vanity Couture generally processes all items within 1-2 business days.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Vanity Couture processes orders within a very short window. We ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your purchase promptly. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order is shipped, although we will try our very best. Please ensure the items selected and double check that the shipping information is correct before purchasing. If the purchase is shipped to the wrong address and cannot be retrieved it will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, or for store credit or an exchange within 28 days. To start a return, email returns@vanitycouture.com with your order number and we will send you a return number and address. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
